We will provide Full Technical Support to all registered owners. By "registered" we mean, has paid for and downloaded the plugin. "Full Technical Support" includes A) basic technical assistance, B) bug fixes, C) custom patches where applicable, and D) free updates to the same version (e.g. v3.00-v3.99).
Starting June 30, 2011, eCheck payments would be processed manually. The download will be delivered within 24 hours after the eCheck has cleared.
Limited Tech Support will be provided for users of free plugins and evaluation copies. This covers basic technical assistance (e.g. basic operation, compatibility issues)
We only provide support for products currently listed on the website. Outdated freeware: EQONE, 3D Panner, EQ9, Backstage Plugins, HUE2, Impromptu, Milk Guitar, and LS1 are no longer supported. Some of these have new counterparts, please use those instead.
